Creating an Online Fishing Log

Create a folder named Fishing Logs and save this form to it.  Open the saved form in a HTML editor or word processor that accepts html documents e.g. MS Word and delete  this text box. You may have to adjust the links to your own geographic
area - they are set with Santa Barbara, Ca as the default.  Rename and save the form as Fishing Log template.html . To use
the form edit it in your HTML editor . Save the completed online form to the Fishing Log folder after renaming it by the location and date.  It is important to rename each completed form with a unique name (e.g. YourPier 10-22-02.html) so that you can
locate it later and to ensure that you do not overwrite the original reusable template.  You can either access the completed
form on your own computer browser or you can incorporate it in a non-commercial web site only. To print a copy of the form
to take with you click here.   (Close window to return).
